Naunehal Assembly

As per monthly custom, Hamdard Naunehal Assembly was organized this month on 15th February 2023 at the Bait-ul-Hikmah Auditorium, Madina-tul- Hikmah, at 10:30 a.m. The special thing about Naunehal Assembly was that the leader of the House and the leader of the Opposition were not chosen by the teachers, a competition was arranged for the selection of the key positions of Leader of the House, Opposition Leader and the Speaker of the assembly.  The selected students will holdthe said positions for one year. The topic selected for this month’s assembly was“Who is responsible for moral decline in educational institutions? Madam Sadia Rashid, President Hamdard Foundation along with chief guest Dr. Asadullah Larek, Dean Facultyof Social Sciences and Humanities Hamdard University entered the hall, where children and teachers of different schools were waiting for them. After the dignitaries took their seats, Dr. Sana Ghori came on the mic and welcomed the guests. After introduction, the newly elected speakers Quaid-e Awan Hassan Bin Arsalan and leader of the Opposition Nabiha Jamal were invited to take their seats. Then Madam Sadia Rashid was requested to express her views on the topic. The great daughter of great father expressed her thoughts and everyonebenefited from them.

Later on, Speaker Naunehal Assembly Armeen Khan formally started the assembly and invited Fiza Saeed (The Savvy SchoolBaldia Town) to recite few verses of the Holy Quran and then youngest student Areesha(Idaryo School for visually and speech impaired children) had the privilege of reciting the Naat. Her Naat enthralled everyone. Then the leader of the House and the leader of Opposition warmed up the gathering with their passionate speeches. After that, Hoor-ul Ain, (Hamdard Public School) Fatima Ibrahim, (Zantakar Academy Hub Balochistan) Sana Hassan, (Qauid-e-Azam Rangers School)  Qareena Awan, ( The Savvy School Baldia Town) Zain-ul-Abdeen, (Hamdard Village School) expressed their views on the subject in their own way. At last, a tableau was presented by P.N.G School which warmed the blood of the audience and breathed new spirits into them.

Then, The Chief Guest was invited to express his views and benefit everyone. Later Madam Sadia Rashid was requested to come on the stage to distribute shields among the students along with the Chief Guest. Later photographs were taken and thus the celebration concluded. Moreover lunch boxes, Naunehal, and Hamdard Sehat were also dispensed to the participants.

Mitsubishi Asian Children's Enikki Festa 2021-22

Another crowning stroke of Hamdard Public School, Sufia Amir Rizwan won Excellence Award in illustrating diary in the Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa 2021-22 organized by Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO and was awarded with PKR 30,000 /- along with a medal and certificate. The Prize distribution ceremony was held on Wednesday, 22nd February at Auditorium of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad.  Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Education and Professional training graced the occasion and distributed prizes amongst the winners.
